Step 1: Initiate Your Registration

Please let us know how we can help you take the next step in your care.

Membership spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis. We are keeping a list of patients who are ready to register and will be steadily working through the registration process with each person in the order the request is received. Please be patient with us as we work through this transition.

Your place will be held in our registration queue upon submission of your request however your place in the concierge practice will only be officially held when your registration forms are completed and your payment processed.

Step 2: Review & Sign Your Agreement

A Concierge Agreement outlines what is included in your membership as well as some of the finer points of a concierge partnership. This agreement solidifies our commitment to provide you a meaningful year of care and also serves as your agreement to partner with Dr. Beckerman in your health.

We will send you a copy of the appropriate agreement for your plan for electronic signature at the time of your registration. Read below in advance if it is helpful.

Step 3: Process Payment

Payment can be collected during your concierge registration call via credit card or Zelle bank transfer. If you prefer to break your payment into 6 or 12 monthly payments your plan may be financed through Cherry.

Processing Fees:

3% processing fees will be applied to concierge membership credit card payments.

Cherry financing allows you to split your payments into monthly payments and offers 6 or 12 month plans. A processing fee of $100 flat fee for 6 month plans and $250 flat fee for 12 month plans will be charged.
