A concierge practice is a membership-based model in which one annual payment covers the appointment costs for 1 year of service. In this model, Dr. Beckerman will limit her total number of patients to be able to provide an optimum level of attention, access, and continuity to each individual under her care. 

The concierge membership model begins September 1, 2026.

Dr. Beckerman will be accepting a limited number of patients. Her existing patients will have first priority to register for the program. Access to her concierge care program will be on a first come first served basis. New patients may register for the concierge membership on a rolling basis until capacity is reached. Once full, Dr. Beckerman will be unable to accept additional patients.

Unlike many concierge models where the fee primarily covers access alone, The Beckerman Women's Health concierge fee covers a standard full year of care, with no additional visit charges for patients who do not exceed the standard visit allowance. Your gynecologic care, both preventive and problem visits, as well as hormone management visits will all be included.

The cost of lab work, imaging, and prescriptions are not included. However, Dr. Beckerman will personally order and review your lab and imaging results with you and provide her guidance and recommendations.

Yes. Outside lab work, imaging, and prescriptions can be sent to providers who are in-network with your insurance at your request. For example, if you see Dr. Beckerman for your annual gyn exam and she orders blood work to be drawn, you may choose to have that blood work done through a lab that accepts your insurance rather than paying in office for the lab draw service. 

Dr. Beckerman feels comfortable in the role of a primary care doctor. If medical issues arise beyond the scope of her expertise, however, she will refer you to a specialist and coordinate with that provider as a partner in your care. If you have a primary care doctor already, she will coordinate care alongside this partner creating a team of medical support.

No, at Beckerman Women's Health we will not test for acute viral illness as our goal is to keep the office a healthy place and not risk exposure to other patients or staff. Dr. Beckerman will refer you as needed for testing at urgent care and will follow up on results.

Yes. Managing perimenopause and menopause will remain a cornerstone of the Beckerman Women's Health practice. For full concierge members, hormone management is included in the annual fee. There will be a hormone management membership option available as well for those seeking ongoing consultations and hormone management without an annual gynecological visit or the full preventative care program. description

No. Beckerman Women's Health does not participate with any insurance plans. The practice is out-of-network.

Yes. As a concierge member, we can provide a superbill upon request for services that are typically covered by insurance. You may submit the superbill to your insurance company for potential reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Coverage varies by plan, so please confirm your out-of-network benefits with your insurer.

You will still have a home at Beckerman Women’s Health. I am currently searching for a practitioner who will continue the current fee-for-service model under the Beckerman Women’s Health umbrella. Dr. Beckerman will be available to her for questions if needed, but Dr. Beckerman's direct patient care will be reserved for her concierge group.

If you join the concierge program and later decide to receive care elsewhere please know that there are no refunds. When you register for an annual membership with Beckerman Women’s Health you are committing to a year long relationship with our practice and we are committing to one year of care to you as our patient.

Yes. We offer flexible monthly payment options through Cherry—if this would be helpful, please ask about Cherry when you call. 

You may pay the difference between the Hormone Management Membership and the Concierge Membership Pricing at any point during your membership year to upgrade your membership. Your concierge service agreement will last for 1 year from the initial date of service under the Hormone Management Membership initial agreement.
